Elma Elementary kindergarten registration: 9 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-3:30 p.m. at the superintendent’s office, which is in the school. All children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31, are eligible to register for the 2016-17 school year. Proof of your child’s immunizations and a birth certificate are required. 19th annual Resident Council Spring Bazaar: The residents at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center will kick off their annual spring bazaar at 10 a.m., at 3333 Ensign Road NE, in Olympia. Spring Arts Walk and Procession of the Species: The semi-annual arts celebration is 5-10 p.m. Friday throughout downtown Olympia. the Luminary Procession is 9:30 p.m. Friday. Arts Walk continues Saturday noon to 8 p.m.

20th Annual Olympic Club Brewfest: 1-11 p.m. Free admission, $13 per 10-sample taster punch card. All ages welcome in the pub; 21 & over only in the brewery and theater.
