Man dies after driving off Highway 101 near Shelton

A 59-year-old Shelton man died Sunday after he drove his car off the road about four miles north of Shelton, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Kenneth Willis Carson was southbound on U.S. Highway 101 about 12:20 p.m. when he apparently had a medical emergency, troopers said. He then crossed the northbound lane and drove off the road into trees.
