Two residents suffered minor injuries during a Lacey house fire Wednesday afternoon, according to Lacey Fire District 3.

Firefighters arrived to find flames outside of the home in the 900 block of Marvin Road Southeast, spreading to the home itself, Batallion Chief Steve Crimmins said.

Two cars parked adjacent to the house also were beginning to catch fire, Crimmins said.

The residents escaped the house and did not require treatment for their injuries. No firefighters were hurt.

Lacey Fire is investigating the cause of the blaze.
