Girl, 8, from Rochester killed in Centralia wreck
The Lewis County Coroner’s Office has identified the girl killed in a traffic collision Monday afternoon in Centralia.
The girl, 8-year-old Jaresdi Torres of Rochester, was killed when her mother’s car crossed the center line and hit a parked pickup truck, police told Q13 on Monday.
Jaresdi was in the back seat and wearing a seat belt but died at the scene, Q13 reported Monday.
Her mother was taken by helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious injuries.
