Three more Thurston County candidates declare with 1 day to go
Three candidates added their names to the fall ballot on Thursday, the fourth day of filing week.
Andrew Christensen, who listed a Bellingham address, put his name on the ballot for state representative District 2, which represents Thurston and Pierce counties.
Laura Murphy has declared to run for Thurston County Superior Court judge position No. 1.
And John Hutchings joined an already crowded field for the Thurston County Commission’s District 1 seat.
Filing week is when candidates officially place their names on the ballot. The filing deadline is 4:30 p.m. Friday.
