Moving Beyond Poverty: Innovations & Partnerships: This second event in the “Moving Beyond Poverty” series seeks to inspire people by highlighting innovative partnerships and service delivery models to achieve systemic change. Lacey Community blood drive: Donate from 1 to 6 p.m. at Charter College, 4520 Lacey Blvd. SE in Lacey. Download the American Red Cross blood donor app, go to redcrossblood.org or call 800-733-2767 to make an appointment or for more information. A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. High school students and other donors 18 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.

Bezango, WA Documentary Screening: Bezango, WA chronicles the art, history and lives of prominent Seattle area cartoonists and comic artists. The screening begins at 6:30 p.m., at the Lacey Timberland Library, 500 College St. SE. A question and answer with directors Louise Amandes and Ron Austin and local comic artists will follow the program. Free.

Ohio Northern University National Tour Choir: The First United Methodist Church will present a concert at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary, 1224 Legion Way SE, Olympia.
