Level 1 sex offender registers as transient in Thurston County
Jonathan A. Torve, a 23-year-old Level 1 sex offender, has registered as a transient in Thurston County, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a release Tuesday.
In 2015, at age 21, Torve pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court to one count of third-degree rape of a 14-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 12 months and one day of jail time and 36 months of probation.
Torve is listed as 5-foot-9, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
