Police: Robbery suspects hit victim on the head with a pistol, got away in his SUV
Police in Centralia are searching for five suspects in a reported armed robbery Wednesday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 700 block of Harrison Avenue just after noon to find a victim who was hit on the head with a pistol and his vehicle, wallet and money gone, according to Centralia Police Department.
Police said a male suspect fled in the victim’s vehicle, a black 1995 Suburban with Washington license plates BIA4104. The other suspects — three women and another man — left in another vehicle.
The suspects were described as Hispanic and in their late teens to early 20s.
The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening and he was treated at the scene.
