Lacey police search for suspect in Timberland Bank robbery
Police in Lacey are searching for a suspect they say robbed a Timberland Bank branch Friday morning.
Police say the man entered the bank on Marvin Road Northeast at Martin Way East at about 9:15 a.m. and passed a note to an employee. No weapon was shown and the man got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Sgt. Dave Campbell.
The suspect was described as a white man about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 to 160 pounds and wearing a stocking cap.
He drove off in a black Subaru heading west on Martin Way East.
