Have you seen these two? Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help
The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects in recent attempted burglaries at a local mini storage business.
The office posted photos of the suspects on Facebook Tuesday. Lt. Ray Brady told The Olympian the storage facility is in southeast Thurston County.
One suspect’s face is mostly concealed by a hood in the photos, but one woman’s face is showing and she has visible tattoos. Brady said the office hopes someone might be able to identify the woman or one of the vehicles the suspects were driving.
During the first incident, which happened Nov. 18 and was reported Nov. 23, the two were seen in a black Audi A3 with no license plates. The Audi had a green Montana sticker in its rear window, according to the Facebook post.
In that attempt, Brady told The Olympian, there was damage to at least three storage units after the pair tried to “forcibly gain entry.”
Most recently, the post reads, the two suspects were in a Silver Kia with “a fake temporary tag” during a second attempt, on Feb. 9.
Brady said the office shared the information with the local law enforcement community to see if anyone recognized the suspects and is now reaching out on social media for additional assistance.
The Sheriff’s Office is directing anyone with information to email Deputy Andrew Hansen at andrew.hansen@co.thurston.wa.us.
