Sex offender registers in Thurston County

The following convicted sex offender has recently registered to live in Thurston County. They are not wanted by law enforcement at this time.

Eric A. Rearden

Age: 44

Description: white man, 6 foot 4 inches tall, 365 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: 16200 block of Lawrence Lake Road SE, Yelm

Criminal History: On Oct. 7, 2003, Rearden pleaded guilty in Thurston County Superior County to one count burglary 1st degree with sexual motivation and one count assault 2nd degree. Rearden was sentenced to 84 months to life confinement and lifetime community supervision. The conviction stems from Rearden, at age 27, sexually assaulting a 26-year-old woman while threatening her with a weapon.
