The Thurston County Narcotics Task Force arrested a Lacey area resident on suspicion of dealing drugs after executing a search warrant at their home Monday.

The task force recovered 21 pounds of fentanyl, cocaine, ecstasy, meth, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), mushrooms, Adderall, alprazolam and dimethyltryptamine (DMT) at the home located on 300 block of School Street Southeast, according to a news release.

Sheriff Derek Sanders shared a photo of the haul along with the news release on his Facebook page on Wednesday. In addition to the suspected drugs, the photo shows large sums of cash, a handgun without a serial number, ammunition, weight scales and other drug paraphernalia. The release indicates the task force seized at total of $116,000 in cash as well as jewelry, collectibles and a 2025 Toyota Camry.

The search was part of an ongoing investigation into a resident suspected of being a “local, mid-level and poly drug dealer” operating in Thurston County, according to the release.

Court records identify the resident as Allan Gomez-Delgadillo, 29. He was arrested during the search and later booked into the county jail on suspicion of “multiple felony level narcotics and firearm-related crimes,” per the release.

A detective interviewed Gomez-Delgadillo at the time of his arrest, according to court records. He allegedly admitted to trafficking narcotics for two years, and this business allowed him to live a “comfortable” life with the money he earned.

He reportedly described the narcotics in his home and provided law enforcement with the code to his safe where most of the narcotics and cash were located. More narcotics and packaging materials were found in his car as well.

Gomez-Delgadillo appeared in Thurston County Superior Court on Tuesday. Judge Anne Egeler found probable cause for several drug crimes and set bail at $25,000.

Gomez-Delgadillo posted bail on Wednesday and was released from jail while his case progresses through the court.

The Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Gomez-Delgadillo with six counts on Thursday.

  • Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver while armed with a firearm.
  • Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (psilocybin-mushroom) with intent to deliver while armed with a firearm.
  • Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)) with intent to deliver while armed with a firearm.
  • Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver while armed with a firearm.
  • Second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm
  • Unlawful use of a building for drug purposes.

Gomez-Delgadillo’s criminal history dates back to 2016 and includes convictions for felony driving under the influence, assault and violating an anti-harassment order.

Gomez-Delgadillo is due back in court on Aug. 19 for an arraignment hearing.

The Thurston County Narcotics Task Force is a partnership between the Sheriff’s Office, the Washington State Department of Community Corrections and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The release indicates the Lacey and Olympia police joint Special Investigation Response Team, Tacoma Police Department Special Investigations Unit and the local Olympia Federal Bureau of Investigation Office assisted in the investigation.
