Olympia pharmacist suspended by Department of Health
The state Department of Health has suspended the license of a pharmacist suspected of taking controlled substances from an Olympia pharmacy.
Joan Hart has been charged by the Department of Health with unprofessional conduct and possession of a controlled substance. Hart is suspected of taking Vicodin from a pharmacy’s unused medications return bin and other medications from the pharmacy, beginning in January 2014.
