Level 3 sex offender registers in Thurston County

The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office has released a public notification on 46 year-old, level 3 sex offender, Jeffrey H. Rymer.

From 1991 through 1999, Rymer was convicted in San Diego County Superior Court of California to numerous charges of indecent exposure. The convictions stem from Rymer, exposing himself to both males and females. The ages of the victims ranged from 7-years-old to 24-years-old. He exposed himself at a public swimming pool, jumping out of his vehicle on a public road as a student was walking to school, and in a parking garage.

Rymer has registered with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office, and plans to live in the 1800 block of 26th Ave NE, in Olympia.

Rymer is described as a white male, 6 feet 4 inches and 165 lbs., with blonde hair and brown eyes.
