Level 3 sex offender registers Puget Street address
A Level 3 sex offender is moving into the 500 block of Puget St NE, Olympia, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
William C. Moose, 27, was convicted in Nevada of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl when he was 17. The charge was statutory sexual seduction. He also has a conviction in Kitsap County of assault with sexual motivation from when he was 14 and assaulted a 13-year-old girl, according to the sheriff’s office.
He is described as a white male, 6'1", 180 lbs with red hair and green eyes.
A general public notification occurs when an offender registers in Thurston County as transient or when an offender’s acts and/or behaviors are considered to be a high risk to the community.
