Sex offender registers on Woodfield Loop in Olympia
A Level 3 sex offender has registered his address in the 2300 block of Woodfield Loop Southeast in Olympia, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
David L. Cawthorn, 23, pleaded guilty in Thurston County Superior Court in 2015 to sexually assaulting two boys, age 8 and 10.
Cawthorn is a white man, 5 foot 6 and 140 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes.
Level 3 sex offenders are those judged by the state to pose a high risk of re-offending.
