Lanes closed on Yelm Highway due to car vs. motorcycle crash

Traffic was down to one lane in each direction in the area of Yelm Highway Southeast and College Street Southeast due to a serious car versus motorcycle wreck on Friday afternoon, according to a Twitter post by Lacey Fire District 3.

At about 5:15 p.m., the fire district advised motorists to use a detour to avoid the traffic backup. No other information was released.
