The best brunch spot in Washington serves Hawaiian dishes and pastries, according to a new list by Yelp.
Yelp released the “top reviewed brunch spot in every state” on Sept. 19, and Patrick’s Cafe & Bakery in Seattle was a top contender in the state.
To find the best brunch spots in every state, Yelp looked at U.S. businesses in the breakfast and brunch category, then ranked each place based on the total volume and ratings of reviews.
Patrick’s Cafe & Bakery is known among Yelp reviewers for its “Hawaiian comfort food.”
The space serves breakfast, lunch, pastries and coffee, including dishes like biscuits and gravy, Hawaiian-style breakfast, spam omelet, kalua pork and cabbage, papa’s beef stew, loco moco, hamburger steak and lumpia.
Pastries include cinnamon rolls, haupia cinnamon rolls and pineapple scones.
“Love the freshly baked goods with a Hawaiian twist from this cafe!” one reviewer wrote.
“I love that the cafe still has the structure of a home but runs it like a restaurant. It’s obvious Patrick loves what he does and it shows with the food he makes for his customers,” another reviewer wrote.
