3 Washington restaurants land on Yelp’s top 100 list. Which ones made the cut?

With so many restaurants across Washington state, it can be difficult to choose where to eat.

Fortunately, Yelp is here to help you decide where to dine.

The popular review website recently released its list of the top 100 U.S. restaurants in 2026 — including three spots in Washington state.

“Across the U.S., chefs are plating up memorable, can’t-miss meals at fine-dining rooms, food halls, counter-order favorites, cozy cafes and wallet-friendly gems that deliver big flavor without the big bill,” Yelp said, highlighting trends including “grandma-core” dining, elevated comfort foods and Japanese flavors.

Where are the best restaurants in Washington state?

According to Yelp, the best restaurants in Washington state can be found in King County.

The 2026 list featured two eateries from Seattle — Aroy Mak Thai Food and Ludi’s Restaurant & Lounge — as well as one from Woodinville, Von’s 1000 Spirits.

Ludi’s Restaurant ranked the highest of the Washington eateries on the list, landing at No. 25.

Von’s 1000 Spirits was No. 39 and Arok Mak Thai Food was No. 44.

Where: 120 Stewart St. in Seattle

Average Yelp rating: 4.7 stars

What Yelp users are saying: Yelp user Krystle T. of Sacramento, California, called Ludi’s Restaurant “one of my go-to places when we visit Seattle,” praising the friendly staff and menu. “The food is the best and the portions are big,” she wrote in a five-star review.

“Everything about this place is amazing!” Yelp reviewer Neil of Joint Base Lewis-McChord said.

Von’s 1000 Spirits

Average Yelp rating: 4.7 stars

What Yelp users are saying: Yelp user Monique F. of Winchester, California, called Von’s 1000 Spirits a “Seattle food win” with delicious pasta and burgers and “welcoming and accommodating” staffers. “The food absolutely hit, and the service was just as good,” the Yelp reviewer wrote. “We will definitely be back.”

Average Yelp rating: 4.9 stars

What Yelp users are saying: Yelp user Ellie B. of Milwaukee said the Thai restaurant offers “excellent food, service and ambiance.”

Yelp reviewer Sierra W. of Seattle praised Aroy Mak Thai Food’s “delectable” dishes and “friendly, kind, quick and highly efficient” employees. “I am super thrilled to have tried such an amazing restaurant and eager to return to try more of the delicious foods and drinks!” she wrote.

How did Yelp create Top 100 restaurants list?

To create the 2026 edition of its Top 100 U.S. Restaurants list, Yelp said it “identified businesses in the restaurant category, then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews.”

When available, all businesses on the list had passing health scores as of Nov. 6.

To create its lists, Yelp highlights restaurants and other spots that are “currently most popular with Yelp users in that area,” Cece Rulon, senior public relations coordinator at Yelp, said in an email to McClatchy.
