Kelso High School FFA to hold plant sale

Kelso High School's Future Farmers of America club will hold its annual plant sale later this month.

People can shop for flowers in pots or hanging baskets, as well as vegetable starts, herbs and more from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. April 24 and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 25 at the greenhouse behind Kelso High School, 1900 Allen St.

Plants are priced at $5 for 4-inch pots, $7 for 6-inch pots, and $35 for hanging baskets.

Visitors will also be able to purchase metal items such as yard art and fire pits created by Kelso students.

Payment is accepted in cash, by check, with Visa, MasterCard or via tap-to-pay.

All proceeds will go toward growing the FFA program.
