Three Clark County Banner Bank employees have been selected to receive the Banner's Best award, representing the highest level of recognition within the company.
These employees received the award for exceeding their individual professional goals, demonstrating excellence within their professions and consistently delivering outstanding service to the bank's clients, communities and their peers: Ashely Flath, small business consultant, east Vancouver branch; Meljoy Durrin, vice president, branch manager IV, Salmon Creek branch; Nathan Stafford, vice president, branch manager IV, east Vancouver branch.

Less than 4 percent of all Banner employees receive this award and recipients are selected by members of executive leadership.
