Centralia man arrested for suspected vehicular homicide

May 25-A Centralia man faces potential felony charges after he was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail over the weekend for suspected vehicular homicide and felony hit-and-run.

Erik R. Satterfield, 47, was booked into jail at about 4:54 a.m. May 23.

Police reportedly responded to the incident in the 2800 block of Russell Road at about 12:45 a.m. May 23.

Officers believe Satterfield may have been under the influence of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active ingredient in marijuana.

As of Monday, Satterfield remained in jail. He could be charged as early as Tuesday.
