Road work to cause partial closures on South Kelso Drive

Road work on South Kelso Drive between Russell Street and Haussler Road will cause intermittent single-lane closures starting Wednesday.

Work is scheduled to conclude by Friday, according to a city of Kelso notice.

Flaggers will be in place to control traffic as necessary while workers grind and re-pave asphalt.

The intersection of Alma Drive and South Kelso Drive will be closed during construction. Residents on Alma Drive between South Kelso Drive and Crestwood Lane will need to use an alternate route.

The contractor, Granite Construction, will be in contact with residents and businesses to provide updates on potential access restrictions or other temporary impacts such as to solid waste collection or parking.
