Kids can sell handmade items at Kelso market

Kids ages 5 to 18 can sell items at the Cowlitz Economic Development Council's Cowlitz Kids Market on July 31 under the bridge at Kelso City Hall for a $10 fee.

Vendors will sell from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and a parent must accompany children.

Items must be handmade; resale items cannot be sold at the event.

Fresh, unprocessed, home-grown fruit or vegetables will be allowed this year as long as they have not been cut. No other food or beverages will be allowed.

Example booths include selling pottery, jewelry, items made by a 3D printer, and face painting services.
