Fire weather watch issued for Kittitas Valley and Lower Columbia Basin for Tuesday

On Sunday at 11:17 a.m. the NWS Pendleton OR released a fire weather watch valid for Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. for Kittitas Valley and Lower Columbia Basin.
Expect winds to be west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph and relative humidity as low as 13%.
"Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended," explains the NWS.
This watch is in effect until Tuesday at 10 p.m.
