Aggressive bicyclists are hazard
I am tired of the aggressive bicyclists on Chehalis Trail. They are dangerous and ignore all warnings of street crossings.
Last year I almost hit three cyclists that crossed Herman Road without even slowing down. I am sorry, there is a stop sign on the route.
However, this letter is about a close encounter that was worse. This week a cyclist decided to cross in front of the vehicle in front of mine. I spotted the rider because I had time. The other vehicle did not. No slow down or hitting the breaks by that vehicle. He/she didn't even see them. The bike rider came out of no where and just crossed.
This has to end! Cyclists have to understand that those that drive have a family and a life. If we kill you because you are not being safe then we suffer. Slow down to major crossings on the Chehalis trail. It is a simple request to make.
