What does ‘great’ mean to Trump?

I would like to have some questions put to Donald Trump. They are really components of one question.

Trump uses the slogan “Make America Great Again.” The series of questions are: “When was America great?” “Why is it not great now?” “How do you define great?” and “What would you do to make America great again?”

Basically the question is “What do you mean by the slogan?”
