Vote Chris Lanese to strengthen families

I am adding my voice to those supporting Chris Lanese as he campaigns for Thurston County Superior Court Judge. I met Chris five years ago when we were both on the Board of Directors for the Family Support Center. He impressed me with his listening skills, the ease in which he understood differing points of view and how clearly he explained his well-reasoned thoughts and opinions. These are all characteristics that we want in our judicial officers!

With Chris as an active board member, the Family Support Center has become a strong organization doing great things for children and families in our community. Pear Blossom Place, which houses both the family homeless shelter and eight affordable housing units, was imagined, built and the doors opened. Other families have received rental assistance as an alternative to eviction and homelessness. The Family Justice Center was opened as a partnership with the prosecutor, sheriff and other social service providers. These accomplishments were made possible by strong and committed leadership of board members like Chris Lanese.

Chris’ character, dedication to community and commitment to strengthening all families make him an excellent choice for judge.
