Sexual assault defined by law

The US Department of Justice defines sexual assault as any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient.

Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities including forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

Real men don’t do it or talk about doing it. They don’t brag about it in locker rooms or any place else.

Thanks to the pro athletes who are speaking up debunking “locker room” talk excuses. It is denigrating to both women and men and we are way past the “boys will be boys” justification. Let’s tell it like it is and call it what it is “sexual assault.”
