On this 100th anniversary of the National Parks Service, may I suggest an engrossing book, Tales From The Parks, by Russell Cahill. Russ, one of Olympia’s noted local authors, has drawn upon his many years working as a park ranger in various national parks. Especially captivating are his stories from Yosemite and Katmai in Alaska. This book is very hard to put down as Russ entices us with one adventure leading into another. Highly Recommended.
