Alternatively, now I've heard it all

I’m 61. I’m well educated, well read, and up on current events.

I’m familiar with “spin”. But, can someone explain to me what an “alternative fact” is?

As far as I can tell it means “lie”. A fact is a fact, ipso facto there can be no alternatives.

I must say I am glad I have no children or grandchildren. My heart goes out to all the young people who will be devastated by this administration.
