Standing Rock violates trust land definition
In 1805 the U S agreed to a promise or treaty with France called the Louisinna Purchase — a precedent setting document that promised any consideration of land use on Indian land would be by mutual consent. Now the law may argue that it only applies to the land purchased — but it was a prelude to the later definition of Trust Land status.
My recent book, “Indian Spirit Man” deals with the land and status of more than 560 recognized Indian tribes.”Trust “ is an honest caring for the property of the primary., without consideration of good or benefit of the “trustor.” And it says it will be decided by mutual consent or “mutual agreement” What is happening there, at Stamding Rock is “greed” and not a trust decision at all. Where are the courts?
When will a federal judge stop this violation of human rights! The preamble of the U.N also signed by this great nation, promises not to violate human rights. Our ,oney says in God we Trust. God is honesty and truthfulness — not lies, deceit, and clever legal manipulations by rich cultural idiots. The pen is mightier than the sword.
