Inclusive language easy to use

Good strides have been made toward more gender inclusive language in much of our society. I was surprised to see, on the cover of the Olympian March 17, the use of the word “manning” where “staffing” would have worked well. With all that is going on in the world this is minor and isn’t it nice to know it can easily be remedied?
