State AG suit against Eyman warranted

In 1999 I worked at a transit agency and witnessed first hand the devastation I-695 caused when it was passed by voters. Our agency had to lay off scores of drivers and staff, most of whom hoped to retire from their jobs. Some made it back a few years later when a local tax initiative was passed, some never returned. (This was Tim Eymans’ first foray into the initiative process).

A bus driver from a neighboring agency discovered after deep investigation that Eyman was able to pocket large sums of money during the process. Of course he has been doing so with each new initiative, without regard to its effect on those involved. Thank goodness karma (in the person of Attorney General Ferguson) has finally stepped in. It is time Eyman suffers, as have his past innocent victims!
