Blighted property needs community help

I have a question about blighted property in Tumwater. Why is it the state levies fines, and the neighbors wine and complain, but no one lifts a hand, or gets off their butt and goes over to the Frank’s property and offers to help clean out the debris and such?

Why is it that everyone is so fond of finger pointing and blame casting but no one wants to help the man clean up? He has even stated that he needs help and wants the garbage gone as well.

The state could easily show up with three dump trucks and a single track hoe and clear that property inside of 24 hours. No, that is not what they have done, instead what they have done is levy a fine against a man who probably cannot even pay it.

That is ridiculous!
