Where's enforcement on Capitol Way?

After months of indicating a speed change was coming on Capitol Way (to 25 mph just before the I5 overpass going northbound) the change occurred. But not where indicated!

No, it’s actually just past the Sunset Plaza, right after the stop signal.

I drive this route every day to work. I’m constantly getting passed, honked at, flipped off, you name it.

On the way home it’s not so bad, except the change back to 35 mph was also moved to just after the same stop signal going southbound. So, the same rudeness occurs in that direction.

Since the change, I’ve not seen any police enforcement during the ‘rush hour’ times.

The bad/sad part is, this is the same time when kids are heading to their bus stops.

C’mon Olympia/Tumwater. You changed it. Now you gotta monitor it!
