Time to pass a carbon bill

While I understand there is a great need to increase funding for schools, I also think it’s high time we took a step toward carbon reduction as a state. I heard that it may be necessary to repackage a bill with features from different carbon-related bills. That could be okay--just get something done and show other states and DC that the great majority of citizen in Washington state believe in the science behind climate change and are willing to support it with a climate tax--a tax on something bad rather than a tax on income or spending.
