We're having an election

We’re having an election and you’re invited to be a part of it! It’s the Primary Election already, and your ballot should have come in the mail. If it didn’t, call the Auditor’s Office 360 786-5408.

No standing in long lines under the hot sun for us here in Washington state — we can vote at home. What a great thing. We can take our time, really think about our choices, and mark our ballots in the kitchen, the patio, the bedroom, wherever. Just mark that ballot, follow the directions, and either put a stamp on it or drop in a ballot box for free. There’s a blue piece of paper in with your ballot — the ballot box sites are listed there.

Here’s the deal: Local elections matter so get your ballot in by Aug. 1. You’ll be glad you did.
