DACA needs to follow law

Ex-President Obama was fond of saying “We are a nation of laws.” He stated numerous times that he could not change immigration laws by executive order. He kept saying that it was illegal for him to change the existing immigration laws right up to the time he violated laws concerning immigration. He had admitted he couldn’t create DACA right up to the time he signed his executive order (Imperial Decree) creating DACA.

Now numerous Washington elected officials say the current president can not cancel Obama’s illegal action by a President Trump executive order. One elected official for the state seemed so emotional about it that he appeared emotionally deranged on the evening news. Am I the only one who sees hypocrisy in the whole DACA issue? Allow those in the program to remain, deport any who have committed crimes and do not allow any new “dreamers” into the country. Millions of people have gone through the immigration process according to current immigration laws to become American citizens. Let’s truly remain a “country of laws!”
