GOP shows loss of moral direction

I am not sure what has caused the Republican Party to lose its moral direction, but it is abundantly clear that their moral compass is either damaged or totally lost.

How could moral people deny health insurance to 25 million people when to do so has no logical reason?

How could moral people deny the well proven science of human involvement in climate change when the result of doing so will cause mass disruption of the environment, human lives, economic systems and so much more?

How can moral people deny human and civil rights to LGBT people? How could moral people ignore world wide human suffering and starvation? How could moral people stop research into important public health and medical areas? How could moral people allow safe guards on environmental pollution be rolled back? How could moral people support criminals because they agree with them.

How could moral people deliberately work to destroy our democracy through political manipulation? How can moral people support the most immoral and openly dishonest president in U.S. history along with the most openly bigoted administration in 75 years?

How can people support the attack on simple human values? Do you think maybe morals, ethics, human and religious values no longer mean anything to them?

Seems clear to me they don’t.
