Parshley worthy of vote for Olympia

My husband and I recently attended a “Meet the Candidate” neighborhood gathering for Lisa Parshley, candidate for Olympia City Council, position 5. We found her to be a woman of great passion, compassion, common sense, commitment, vision and leadership experience. She seems to be just what we need to lead our city to become what we’d all like it to be: an example of a beautiful, welcoming, sustainable state capital.

She is already working on plans to provide services to our homeless, to manage the projected population growth while protecting the character of our neighborhoods, and to encourage business growth and profitability. She’s a Ph.D., a small business owner with over 50 employees, and a thought leader in her field at the local, state, and national levels. Lisa is the candidate with the combination of experience, compassion, and level-headedness we need on our city council. Vote for Lisa this November!
