Jon Tunheim is a collaborative leader

I have worked as a health care professional for 35 years and was the manager of the Sexual Assault Clinic when I partnered with Jon Tunheim to co-lead the develop of Monarch Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center. From this experience, I know Jon is a collaborative leader with a focus on doing what is best for the community. He worked to build bridges among a variety of agencies by focusing on the best interests of victims and their families.

I have also had the privilege of working with Jon in a variety of other capacities over the past 18 years as he continuously worked to improve services from the prosecuting attorney’s office. Jon prioritizes services for victims in a way that builds community capacity to promote healing. While he is fearless and focused on holding offenders accountable, he is also compassionate, fair and effective.

I also know that Jon is active in the community through work with United Way and is the current President of its Board of Directors. In this capacity, he looks for opportunities to partner with agencies to create synergy toward the goal of improving the health, education and financial stability of everyone in Thurston County. I strongly encourage you to re-elect Jon Tunheim as our prosecuting attorney for Thurston County. Our community deserves it!
