No longer voting Democrat or Republican

I have recently become a third-party voter. I will only vote for either a Republican or a Democrat in dire circumstances. In a lot of cases I will write in my long-haired dachshund Gwen.

The Republican party has lost their heart and soul. The Democrat Party cannot be trusted after I watched Jay Inslee hand over Bernie Sanders 74% victory in Washington state to Hillary.

Also I don't fit handily into either one of their boxes. I am pro-choice, yet I love guns, freedom, and Merica.

I don't believe in sanctuary cities hiding dangerous criminals. I don't believe that illegal aliens should be given driver's licenses or social benefits of any kind. I believe the legal path to citizenship should be much easier than it is now. I don't think families seeking Asylum or attempting to enter this country illegally should be separated. A lot of these children are now being given up for adoption here in the US without their parents knowledge or consent. America has really lost its way.

Also I have a solution for our homeless problem. It is called tough love. Major sweeps. If a family is down on their luck and needs a helping hand they should have it. If they want services, job training, whatever they need.

However if they just want to live on the street and steal to afford their drugs then they will get a one-way ticket to whatever town is on their driver's license. Goodbye. Problem solved. It's time.
