Tuesday is the deadline to turn in primary ballot

Aug. 4 is primary election day – please get your ballot in and make a difference!

Do you avoid standing in line? Do you like to take your time when you vote? Do you appreciate voting at home? You can vote easily – just grab your ballot, a pen, and do it!

If you have questions, you can consult your Thurston County voter pamphlet and/or the League of Women Voter’s on-line VOTE411 to get more information about candidates. Thurston County offices include Olympia port commissioners, city councils, school districts, and local measures.

Make a commitment to vote, remembering how precious the right to vote is. We can make a difference in local matters by voting. It’s so easy to do.

Take the time to vote and get your ballot in by Aug. 4. You’ll be glad you did!
