Bardin stands for keeping Olympia government open

Judy Bardin is the most experienced person in her race for Olympia City Council. She understands the workings of city government because of her tireless work on many council advisory committees.

Her time spent on the Planning Commission indicates her desire for the city to operate in an open and transparent manner. When some planning commissioners met with local developers in two serial meetings, Bardin’s objections earned her a Key Award from the Washington Coalition for Open Government. That organization does not give this award without careful study of the facts. We feel Bardin was correct to bring these improper meetings to light.

Our community will be well served when Judy Bardin is elected to the City Council.
