Customer service went beyond expectations
I was hit from behind on July 29 on the corner of Lilly Road and Martin Way in the left turn lane. The driver did not stick around.
There wasn’t a dent, but there was his white paint and people thought there would be scratches underneath stripes. I went to O’Reilly Auto Partson Yelm Highwayto buy something to try to get it off.
To my amazement, Steve Michaelson went out to the car. He went back in the store and opened up a new container, new washcloths and a round piece. He came out to my car and got everything off the bumper.
He would not let me pay for the new items he had used.
It was so wonderful to deal with a business that has such a person willing to help a customer. I don’t use many auto parts, but if I did, I would go there. I hope you go there and thank them for having such a wonderful heart.
