Clinton had power to classify secrets at State Department

Per President Obama's Executive Order 13526 - Classified National Security Information and Implementation of the Executive Order, Original Classification Authority, both dated December 29, 2009: Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was designated to classify information as secret or top secret. She was the one in the Department of State who was responsible for classification of information.

Her claims of ignorance should be dismissed as incompatible with the truth. If, as secretary of state, she couldn't discern matters of national security or recognize her responsibility thereto, why would we want her as our president?
