Council needs Bardin who is oriented to solutions
Judy Bardin is an outstanding candidate. She is running for Olympia City Council position 2, and I support her enthusiastically. She is solution oriented and open minded.
Her stellar record in serving Olympia on the Planning Commission, combined with her professional experience, knowledge, sincere interest, and penchant for objective and thorough analysis of Olympia’s most pressing issues, is just what Olympia needs right now.
Another thing I like about Judy is that she is not a politician, nor necessarily politically connected. She has what is more important. The political will and strength of character to make the hard choices needed to improve our capital city. She can speak the truth on delicate issues so unassumingly that it leads toward amicable agreements, rather than controversy.
Last but not least, Judy stands among the other community leaders, including Gov. Jay Inslee, who have received the key award by the Washington Coalition for Open Government, a non-partisan and non-profit organization in Seattle. That is pretty cool.
