The best port candidates are Farmer and Downing

I strongly support Jerry Farmer and Joe Downing for Olympia port commission districts 3 and 1, respectively. Both are non-partisan and I found both to have the best interests of Thurston County and the Port of Olympia uppermost in their minds.

Unlike their opponents, they actually have the background and experience to guide the port to a more economically and environmentally sustainable business direction.

Business development is not just a talking point for these two candidates. Vote for Jerry and Joe.

Their leadership will help, not hinder, the port’s mission to create economic opportunities by connecting Thurston County to the world by air, land and sea.
