Officer who shot suspects in self-defense deserves apology

I was pleased to learn the Olympia police officer has been cleared to return to work. He should also receive an award after being assaulted while doing his job. The two thieves (caught on tape) need to man up and apologize to the officer for assaulting him.

It would be a good idea to apologize to the store owner also for attempting to steal from him and making a mess in the store.

It’s simple - if you don’t like being shot at by the police - stop being a crook - and never assault an officer.

Hopefully you will learn something and go on the be a better person.
